I’m not sure that this was “cleaning” the machine like the title says, so much as “rinsing” the machine, as only water was used, not a drop of soap in sight.

too many parts to be cleaned. Nowadays company want to save labour work and when the cleaning takes a long time the worker get scolded. Better the previous ones.. Look bright but in reality its a dark tunnel and hard to find the points
Hello, thnak you for your question. If a water softener is installed in the machine, the salt is filled into the salt dissolving tank inside the machine. However, there are also machines where no water softener is installed and then no salt is needed at all. What happens exactly with those particles? Are they all caught in a main filter outside the machine, like the ASR system from Hobart, or is everything washed away into the sewer? When the latter option is what will happen, there is a risk, that bigger food waste fed into the machine will eventually clog the sewer pipes. To prevent this to happen, a grinder should be present in the system, to cut down the bigger particles.

It is nice that more and more German manufacturers are coming to the USA. I'm sure you're destined for success here. In my opinion, the US foodservice market and equipment for it lag behind Europe by about 60 years. Local equipment sales managers tell me that a European approach is not needed here and Americans prefer their equipment. But I answer that's why there are so many Mercedes, BMWs, and Volkswagens on the roads. :) Good luck!

Only if the ComfortAir option is installed in the machine, there is a reduction of the relative humidity in the rinsing chamber and thus a quite good drying of the bottles from the outside. @@HDXFHIf I ever opened my own indoor theme park I will buy one probably 100k usd. as a former dishwasher at a few restaurants I can tell you it's impossible to get every dish clean and be faster. 50% of them are covered in something and it's probably the worst job I had and I did tree removal and retail, retail wasn't so bad only 2/10 customers are karens.
