Can i put a small plastic bag in the dust bin somehow? Can you make a video on how to convert a bagless vacuum into a bagged? I searched online but couldn't find any. I think allergy sufferers will benefit from it. I can't find a bagged vacuum which is cordless and which has a handheld attachment.
not really valid as a dry vacuum. It literally can't pick up anything other than liquids and and very fine particles. For example it won't even pick up an eminem, or pretzel or cracker crumbs. This is strictly a mop. you still might need to vacuum with a real vacuum first.
Does the Floor One S5 Steam have a suction only mode? I have high gloss large 14 x14" sq tiles (may even be marble?) that if water sets on it like after mopping it leaves water marks if I don't follow up with dry mop right after section by section. So im thinking the suction only will help with drying the floor quickly. Trying to find a wet/dry vacuum mop (steam or no steam) that does not leave the floor wet and no streaks from wheels of the machine/vacuum, do you recommend any particular machine for this type of floor? Was looking at the Floor One Stretch S6 since it has the suction only mode.
Great question. This one does not have a dry vac option or suction only mode. If you are looking to get one for your floors and your budget allows the Tineco S6 Stretch if my favorite cleaner out of all of them and it does have a suction only mode. I believe we have the Levoit 300s sitting around in our studio yet to be processed/reviewed. I would expect similar results but if I just made a guess the Levoit may do better since that is their bread and butter!!
Thanks for subbing to our channel. As we get closer to 1000 subs that means so much to us so we can start monetizing our content!!! We only use water but if you wanted to put in some roborock solution just put in around 1 cap full. If your floors are really dirty feel free to put more solution in... its up to you!!

@@CleanChef Oh really! Just to be on the safe side of not getting the carpets damp at all, is it possible to use the Flexi Lite with the water tank empty/removed? Or to use the product with the roller removed?
@@jenniferarias6316 Yes you can use it with no water. i used mine on carpet and it stained it with dirty water. make sure not to raise up the vacuum, or turn it off midway for less chance of that happening with water.
I have a suggestion that I hope you consider. I like how you show the stats of the robot against all tested robotvacs. But it would be much more helpful if you put them in tiers. As you say, some are much cheaper with drastically less power, functions, and price. Those skew the data. Compare a vac with those in its own class so we get a better idea of how it compares to actually comparable robotvacs.
Between these 2 the X2 would probably have a slight edge but really a toss up. I just don't like how the X2 navigates so I would recommend the X1 to most people! Best robo vac for pet hair imo is the Free X Ultra you can watch our video here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-XjHnmLBw3mc.html&
I really hate to contradict you on your channel. The Roborock does not have the same automatic empty feature as the Itobot. The Robodock does not have sensors that tell it when the bin is full while the Irobot does. The Irobot will pause the job and empty the full bin and return to where it stopped. The Roborock will fill the bin and continue the job just pushing dirt around your house. I called Roborock's tech support and none of their vacuums have sensors in their bins.
This is no help with my new Q5. I can't figure out how to set suction level by room. I've been messing with this for over 2 hrs. a day for three days .... and I'm an I.T. person. This app Has zero documentation and sucks .... or I'm just clueless.
@@CleanChef I did create a new map and placed exclusion zones straight away. It's an excellent device but the app and handling are pretty weak imo. It would also if you could use easy geometrical exclusion zones (circle e.g.). But thanks a lot for your help 👍
This is indeed a comprehensive review. Perfect for someone like me who is thinking of buying a robot vaccuum for the first time. Thank you for the video.
So glad it was helpful. Anything you felt like we were missing or questions you still have? X10 Pro or Yeedi M12Pro+ is the best overall value right now IMO as you continue on in your journey!
I just bought the roborock q8 max but i cant power up the device. I have plugged in the dock and placed up the robot to charge but none of the power up actions working. What i have to do?
@@CleanChef it was defective so i send it back for warranty but i dont know yet if i will take a new one back or they will fix this one, worst choice of my life, i am now 1 month without vacuum, i gave 1/2 of my monthly income and i dont have a vacuum, all of my friends and family told me to buy a xiaomi and i took roborock, worst choice ever :P
