Hi dear plz reply me 🙏 dear i have done my first prp session in November and now i have taken second one in August but from two different docs first ,says there's not a issue after three pr six months you can take second season so,i was relaxed but now when went to another doc she was saying at least after a month you have to take 2nd one and after both sessions i have been noticing that my hair fall has been reduced a bit ,where i was seeing 200 strainds now i m falling 50 to 60 on my wash day can't my shedding also stop? And i also wanna cure my hair thinning can't it improve? Doc said to me apply some serums with but i Don't wanna apply it .plz answer it i m worried what to do or what to not .😢
Hey Raveena, I’ve been told to see results from PRP you should have one session per month with a minimum of 3-4 sessions and then top up sessions every 4-6 months afterwards. Results do vary from person to person however. So glad your hair fall has reduced 🥰
It used to affect me a lot more a couple of years ago. I suppose it’s something I’ve learnt to live with, start embracing and just knowing that it’s actually okay to go through this as I’m not alone with it. I also learnt not to hold on to what other people might think about my hair either 💛

Your hair looks great with the parting closing up. I booked my 1st PRP session next week here in Malaysia. May i ask what is the Interval between each session during treatment phase and maintenance phase? Different clinic seems to give different answers.

Hi Aman : what is the post care instructions you had to follow after a PRP treatment? Are there any dietary/supplement restrictions? How many days did you have to stop exercising after the treatment?
Hey Anju, they recommend to not wash your hair or apply anything on your scalp for the first 24hrs but exercising etc is fine. No restrictions on diet and supplements either. Taking biotin and other supplements alongside the treatment can help with the results 😊

@AmanHeer definitely. I take a brand called sunna supplements. But there are loads. But genuinely my hair is fine and thin and its improved soo much. My friends are constantly telling me.

Hey Victoria 🫶🏽 I haven’t experienced shedding after PRP sessions directly but I’ve had shedding outside of doing PRP which lasted around a week or two at a time, but that could just be down to my hair growth cycle or when I was stressed🥲 💛
Hi dear plz reply me i will get some confidence i have curly low porosity hair and i have had my first prp session but now i m thinking to take my second prp session but with biotin my first one was without biotin.i saw some results but on my wash day and some other days as well all pf sudden I feel alot of shedding which makes me scared just bcx of I think a lot and when i read other comments like which is written my upward that after prp people may lose alot of shedding it's down my moral that will the same thing happened with me ? Sometimes occasions come in my where i need to straighten my hair would i be do that after my prp bcz i Don't want it but rarely my dear ones force me to do that that i have to do i have alot will i be able to live my normal life the way everybody do ?😢 Plz 🥺 dear reply it I have no one whom i can share my insecurities
Hey love, you can try it with biotin on your next session. Personally the ones with biotin helped me more. I’m sure you look beautiful with your curly hair too so try not to straighten your hair and add heat in case it damages your hair further or try a heat protector before straightening 💛

Hey, they take 2 vials which are 8ml each, depending on how good your plasma is and it’s about 3 syringes. The syringe is 2.5ml each. Hope this helps ✨

I wish I could go back decades ago in our grandparents era where everything was organic...and life was lively....♥️ I am actually waiting for the day when technological advancement will revolutionize hairs and their treatment and we would be given seeds of hairs to plant it on our scalp with few fertilizers prescribed with it and after two weeks it would grow like a banyan tree......trying to manifest it...by watching some manifestation videos on YT....😂

Apparently how PRP is done really affects the results you get, and is one reason why the price varies so much as the cheaper packages may not be of a high quality. I read that it's a good idea to ask the following questions before deciding on a provider: 1. What is the platelet concentration in your PRP solution? 2. How do you activate the platelets in the PRP? For platelet concentration, the ideal answer would specify a concentration within the range of 5 to 10 times baseline, as higher concentrations have been associated with better outcomes in some studies. And re platelet activation, the ideal answer would involve using a method such as calcium chloride or thrombin to activate the platelets effectively, ensuring they release growth factors that stimulate hair growth. Also with treatment frequency and number of sessions: ideally they should say they take a personalised approach, where the clinic evaluates the patient's response to treatment and adjusts the frequency and number of sessions accordingly. Typically, a series of treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart is recommended, followed by maintenance sessions as needed. Poor answers for these questions would include vague responses or a lack of specific details about platelet concentration, activation methods, or treatment planning. Additionally, clinics that offer a one-size-fits-all approach without considering individual patient factors may not provide the most effective treatment. I hope this helps, it's something I've been researching myself but so far the price is astronomical for the places that seem to know what they're doing.

To be honest with you listen to me, prp cannot regrow hair back but yes it can hold your existing hair make it thicker but regrow but yes minox can work much more than prp
Yes, I’m with you. I mention it a lot in my videos that PRP isn’t a permanent fix. And with Minoxidil you have to stay consistent with it otherwise it can reverse the progress you make.

Hey, I’d say ferritin is more important as that tells you how well your body stores the iron longer term, whereas iron serum only shows how much iron is currently in your body.
