This is Busy Bee Apiaries, started back in 1986 and continuing in the family tradition of beekeeping for several generations. Our channel shows some of the ways we get things done. here you will find the fastest easiest way to feed install and other beekeeping work. our first post was of installing bees in under 2 minutes. though our roots were farmer keeping bees for pollination, we now carry some 700+ hives and will be back up to 1,000 by mid net year. Pollination, package bees, queens, and if yo have a question send us a word, we will answer.
Hey pal, any idea what diameter that secondary pully is? The one driven by the belt off the motor? I'm curious to figure out the ratios. Knowing the clutch diameter would be helpful too.
This was just a test to see if we could feed faster without a huge amount of lose. It was only marginally effective. We recommend using inside frame style feeders as they do not promote robbing between hives and during the winter it helps keep it warm and close to where the bees are.
Drowning in mass is due to too many bees in the feeder. Use more feeders than 1 to avoid that drowning. Slso some small wood pieces along with straw is helpful
So now we will be able to shoe better videos of the bee yards and such. It will also be interesting to see if the bees react to the 2.4 WiFi signal this drone uses.If you like this idea please give a thumbs up!
