Nice use of space! But I think the bench over the electrical compartment might serve better if replaced with an open face closet for hanging clothes, while still allowing access to the electrical. Also, I realize space is limited in such a small van, but only 2.5 gals for grey water with 14 gals of fresh? Seems you'd be needing to drain it frequently. Overall it's a really good build at a great price! We can't all afford six figures for a vehicle meant for weekend outings. Thanks!

The table next to the sink could have done with lifting up instead so that the height of the table was flush with the top of the sink . That would have made it easier using the stove because bending down to that height for a cook stove is absolutely ridiculous. It's only useful for someone who wants to sit in a lowdown canvas camp chair but cooking while sitting is very difficult. You could also do with some fold out or slide out plywood bench tops to go over the sink and the fridge to give you more prep area. I suppose you could put that on the other side as well where the storage drawers are. And you could actually have to tap go in the other way on the sink so that you could stand the other side next to the door and actually have both drawers pulled out at the same time giving you a large worktop area and serving area. 🤔 Well that's What I'm thinking I would do anyhow. Along with an attachable boot awning that was slightly wider than the van so that in the awful crappy rainy English weather you could still do a nice big fry up after your festival hangover. 😅

Awful design. Why would I want to go to the bathroom in front of someone else or see or smell some one else going to the bathroom?? Also having a bed constantly taking up room just shows no imagination in design. Why is it that American van builders just can't seem to build anything impressive like a Wingham? Having a bed drop down saves space. Also no real bathroom just sucks. Do better, fail.
Good lord its a great build! What does being American have anything to do with it? I don't think ethnicity plays a role in the build, we are all humans. But nevertheless the build he mentioned is for 1 person in the video. This is more than good enough!
We're doing a build on a 159 wb extended and we decided long ago we don't want to F around with setting up or taking down a bed. We WANT a fixed bed position and NEED fixed storage space under the bed for many things! I'd rather use my imagination to imagine how I would torture and humiliate arrogant, negative a-holes that don't know anything but feel the need to criticize and reveal their tiny brain.
This is a custom build. They built what the client wanted, not what you'd want. Personally, I dislike dedicated bathrooms and think they are a waste of space. I also would never want to faff about folding and contorting a bed, and I love the fixed bed that I built in my minivan camper.
On the interior side of the body panel, you want to use s plywood cut out behind the interior trim piece, as a spacer, between the trim and body panel.
Was this a cargo base or the passenger base? I'm still not sure which one is best to build on and the differences between them as buildout goes. Meaning structural differences in the rear cabin/ceiling etc.. I think I might just get the passenger style but I assume it's a bit more complicated to build out vs the bare bones cargo
