I still wonder why the ufl doesn't move one of their teams to oakland, ca 🤔🤔?!?! They could tear down & renovate or just build a smaller 38,000-55,000 seat stafium for the ufl team. I thonk that would work. And the ufk needs to get their teams located in nfl cities out of those cities. Ufl teams will work better in big cities with no nfl teams, like birmingham, al & saint ouis, mo.
San francisco, ca to oakland, ca is what new york city, ny is to northeastern new jersey: basically attention getting big sister to the little sister that no one notices.
First, I would like to say this is adult video, but you pronounced Toledo wrongly it’s like 👉🏾 (toe- lead -o ) Toledo also from the town that he played in if you do a little history, the city was never one of your top racist cities it was always blacks and whites around in Toledo if you do your research yes it was white only restaurants. Yes, it was races here and there but Toledo wasn’t that bad that’s why Moses Fleetwood Walker came here of all places and after you saying how they wanted him to play, but 75 or so people wanted to ☠️ shows I’m not lying For those times for somebody to do that is rare The only thing I wish Toledo kept was their baseball team. We got a minor league baseball team they are good We actually did a couple Detroit Tigers playing for the Toledo Mud Hens every blue moon The Toledo stocking logo was DOPE
If you ask me, I think currently that the Seattle Mariners are cursed all because of the Trident logo. Since it's inception, the team's primary logo was the Trident, which was pointed upside down to represent the letter M. However, according to the Greeks, pointing the trident down is considered bad luck.
I grew up playing wit Pedro. Kid was a freak of nature hitting bombs from both sides of the plate. But most importantly he was a great teammate and very humble kid. Overall a really great person.
I well remember when Mays died -- on his death bed he swore that he did not mean to hit Chapman. From what I have read over the years, commentators agreed that it was just a bad pitch. Not an intentional hit to the head.
There are various rumors about Scooter Gennett, but I don't buy into that stuff. His being conservative is his *choice* and he has to live with *any choices* he makes - not just political. His injury could've been worse than anyone thought. However, it's been almost 5 full years now, and no club will sign a guy who's unwilling to play in the minors to get back into MLB shape - that just seems odd. Has he played in Mexico or Japan since 2020? He's 34 now. His last contract was for almost $10 million over 5 years, so he's set financially.
such a sad sad story. But there is NO way Chapman would have ended up in the Hall of Fame. He was a good player but was NEVER a great one. Let's not make overstatements....the story is interesting enough.
The comment about lifestyle is inaccurate and improper. This is his life. I cannot begin to imagine what his complex feelings and emotions were like. I can understand people not getting it. Injuries, pain, pressure, and he's human. I am a Red Sox fan and we watched that series. A great one. I felt bad for Moore after that HR. After that we learned what happened. Heartbreaking. 988.
They showed the highlights of all the fights the next day on TBS before the Hall of Fame game. the funny part, the Braves in back to back days would play the two teams that would play in the 1984 World Series (The Hall of Fame game at Cooperstown was against the Detroit Tigers)
As a lifetime Braves fan,I remember watching this game, men will be men,9 inning fight, you new next hitter who came up to start an inning ,you knew he was going to get hit.
Carl Mays wasn't really the issue, the issue was the ball. They would often use the same ball much of the game. Foul balls would be thrown back on the field and used. The balls got scuffed up and dirty and became hard to see and this incident changed a few rules including using several balls in a game. Now they use dozens in a game
so explain the Houston Oilers moving to Tennessee in the 90's. How about the KC Kings leaving Kansas City in early 80's or the Clippers leaving San Diego over 40 yrs ago. Wow if only Joseph Stalin and Karl Marx hadn't been the mayor or county supervisor in those communities. BTW St louis got the Rams from Los Angeles because of public funding for them, then lost them back to Los Angeles 20 yrs later. Damm St Louis liberal commies!!!
The Washington Nationals color (2nd) commentator has to be one of the worst commentators I’ve ever heard call a game. Total mark. I guess he played with Washington or Montreal cause god knows he wouldn’t have a job anywhere else.
Did you even mention the biggest blowout in a quarter?? Lakers vs Kings 1987 final score was 128-92 but what makes this a blowout was the score after 12 minutes lakers lead 40-4 after 1 quarter!!!
I would have liked this video had you featured footage from the games you spoke on!! Highlights from games that didn’t happen from the games you speak about is pretty lazy!!
Injuries always play a roll into form. But if ur cleared by doctors I think it is more mental if u can't get back. N u never mentioned the real mental block. Richard Sherman.
