They all might aswell be different people.

Many of them were in other shows, such as Baywatch. They picked beautiful girls and handsome boys. I prefer the early seasons1-5. After the departure of some of the original characters the show got flat.

Miss Parker got better looking as she aged.

Very nice but there were two different actors who played Alexander, Worf's son, one of them died tragically and I believe it's the first one and the one you showed is the second actor. Admittedly it would be slightly depressing to show the picture of a teenager who passed away.
