Back in the garden. This summer heat has been extreme. I can only garden for a few minutes towards the late evening hours. But I treasure the time spent. ❤
You might get some more information on that little ‘gold’ piece if you check out ‘Weeping Gold’ or ‘Hollywood Regency’ I think I’ve seen similar stuff in those categories…
Hi! Thank you for the suggestion. I did take a quick look but Weeping Gold is very different pattern. I didn't have much luck with Hollywood Regency. Only if producers marked their item my life would be easier lol. But thank you!
Hi Amanda!...I always enjoy going to thrift stores like this. I always think..if these items could talk what amazing stories they could tell. It appears your mom really enjoys these places too. Take care!🇨🇦
Hi! Yes, it is a renewed hobby that my mom enjoys. It is great for her as she is a retiree. Keeps her going :) I love learning the history and marveling at the beautiful items.
Hi Amanda!...I missed this video when posted..just noticed it now. I also love visiting Antique stores. We had many antique furniture and miscellaneous items. Had many from my parents and purchased a lot. Also bought at country auctions...those were fun. Unfortunately we have been downsizing in recent years and had to sell a lot.☹️Lots of nice items in the store you visited. I hope you're doing well with your business.Take care!🇨🇦
Hi Amanda!....enjoyed this video. You showed a lot of interesting plants. Some of the grocery stores around here are starting to close their temporary garden centers. Kind of sad.Take care!🇨🇦
What an interesting conversation you got to have with Laura. I love the Penn State extension!! I just wish they offered more classes here in this area, but they do have lots of learning opportunities online. I did not buy annuals this year either. My new goal is to grow everything myself now from seeds or trades. Losing trail gardens was a huge loss for us local plant people. ☹Have a nice weekend!
I bought almost dead looking shasta daisies off of the Lowe’s clearance rack last year, they came back this year and looked so amazing. Definitely a thumbs up.
Asiatic Lillies, Easter lilies, and lilies in general are highly toxic to cats!! Please be aware if you have cats in or outside your home just a little bit of pollen can make them deathly ill and kill them. Google a plant before you buy it to see if it’s toxic to dogs or cats, an ounce of prevention can help save a beloved pet!
Hi Amanda! Is this the pottsville lowes or hamburg? I've been wanting to go check out their clearance racks and they look great right now! Thanks for posting for us locals 😀
Keep the tips coming for the green thumbs. I'm not a green thumb. I'm just a digger of holes. And the infamous Americana Gardens stalker someone mentioned in one of the videos comments. I'm alive and well to that individual asking about me. And nice sound effects. 🤣
Hi Amanda, Thanks for the stroll through the park. Whoever designed that park did a great job. Hey whatever happened to your mailman friend ? I still remember the first time that i saw him in your video and you called him a stalker and I thought you were serious until you introduced him. Way to Funny. Have a good weekend and keep up the great videos.
@@conniesanders9755 really? That could be interesting. There was no embedded game board on the top though like what I have seen with other game tables.
Hi Amanda!....really enjoyed this video.I watched it a couple of days ago and I just remembered I didn't add my comment. The heat is on and I'm sure your plants are growing like crazy. Hope all your veggies do well also.Take care!
Good video. I'm in zone 8. We don't hardly have anything. I can't believe there are that many Hostas & Coral Bells. Ours has been out for weeks. Lowes, Home Depot, etc here doesnt close till 10pm. They close the gate to the parking lot at dark but you can always just go through the store to the garden center. There are always workers in there. I go at night a lot because it has gotten so dark here. Anyway, I enjoyed your video but I'm very jealous 😂
@@smv1508 Hi! Yes, usually when the flower is out of bloom, a few weeks later they usually go on clearance. I should do a video about my tips and tricks for clearance plants. Thanks for the idea. Happy planting!
Hi Amanda!...really enjoyed this video. That's a lot of work you do in your garden.I like the way you set out the cardboard for paths and the great cedar chips. I'm sure you'll have success with your veggies.I'm looking forward to seeing your crop. Take care and happy gardening.🇨🇦
Thank you Alfred! I actually recorded this video about 3 weeks ago but recently was able to edit it. So far I did not lose any plants and they have grown a bit.
Hi there! New sub here! I’m an orchid person!! My videos are mainly about orchids!! I’m obsessed. I live in South Florida. My Lowe’s doesn’t have a lot of the orchid bag babies. Does your store carry them? Wish you could show more of that. 🎉
Hello new friend! I am very happy to watch your video. The video is great. Thank you for sharing. Wish you and your family always happy, peaceful and happy. Nice to accompany you.
