Your video is very interesting as usual. I would like to try but unfortunately I only have two 3m2 balconies that are full of edible flowers, herbs and vegetables as you can see on my channel. I would also like to understand what these mushrooms taste like

As we bid farewell to our garden for the season, we know that our journey is far from over. With each passing year, we'll continue to nurture and care for our backyard kitchen garden, sowing the seeds of abundance and joy for many seasons to come.
Fantastic Fungi Farm! As always your projects are super cool. Really looking forward to the shiitake mushroom update. Made my day as always. Have a lovely week you three and look forward to seeing your mushroom recipes too ❤
Bună ziua! 🤗 Mulțumesc pentru efortul vostru de a realiza aceste filmulețe, sunteți fantastici! Dar va rog mult sa puteți titrare și în limba italiana sau limba romana. Mulțumesc și va doresc numai bine! 🤗 🤗
Beautiful! Just a small tip, since logs are much smaller now, I would recommend to cover the cut area of the logs with wax, to reduce the probability of contamination by other fungi.
Today it's like you're doing an experiment. I have also raised mushrooms a few times by buying mushroom embryos at the production facility and taking care of them, very simple. I don't think it needs this much sophistication, but perhaps depending on the type of mushroom, there will be different ways to care for it, right? Your mushroom farm is truly admirable for those who love mushrooms. Very good video.

I only found you since yesterday. I love the minimalist design, very detailed and beautifully done. It's very calming to watch. I'm happy to see you're still posting recently.
Hi Esther, thank you very much for your kind words! Yes We are still posting, although slow, we try to keep them in high quality. Thank you for your patience! =)
I just found your channel and have been binge watching. I've used Bokashi for 3 years now. I have 2 buckets and rotate them constantly. When there is an abundance I place it in a trash bin with additional soil to breakdown. Love your videos!!
