Well it's been 5 years now how is your egg cooker going and are you still using it? Also yes steam cooking eggs is healthier. But putting canola oil spray in the pan not so much. Maybe a little bit more less inflammatory oil would be better.

I don’t spray with oil not needed . And I fill water to hard boiled eggs line on measuring cup. I mixed everything together. Asparagus, feta & ham with 2 eggs. Easy peasy. It’s really easy & good. Have not done hardboiled or poached . Just the omelette.
