Hi Alex, thanks for your comment. Unfortunately, the trains that stop in Blausee Mitholz cannot be booked. These are test drives of new trains and training trips for new train drivers. I am not aware of any plans to expand the train station. Kind regards Martin

Yes, it is the same train on the south and north ramps. Before I set off for the south ramp into Valais, I positioned a camera on the north ramp and was able to film the trains on both sides of the Lötschberg.

The ETRs normally travel through the Lötschberg Base Tunnel. Only if the train experiences irregularities is it redirected over the mountain route.

Lieben Dank für deinen Kommentar! Teilweise fahren schon noch einige Güterzüge/ UKVs über den Berg. Aber das ist leider nicht immer Planmäßig. Meiner Erfahrung nach sind die meisten Züge von Mittwoch bis Freitag am Berg anzutreffen;) Das hängt immer von der Auslastung des LBT ab. LG Martin

Hallo Willie, freut mich das dir meine Aufnahmen gefallen. Die DB Loks fahren teilweise auch mit UKVs über den Berg ;) Ein Personenzug hält Nachts immer noch in Blausee-Mitholz. Aber ja es ist schade das der Bahnhof nicht mehr standartmäßig angefahren wird. LG Martin

Hello, I'm glad you like the films. Blausee Mitholz train station is my favorite point in Switzerland. The train at 15:49 is the one at 15:18. He only drives slowly and therefore takes a while before he passes in front of the camera.

@@BLSSBB7992 I didn’t know if you had noticed that this loco is an Re4/4’’’, a Re 430? Originally the SOB prototype 41. Perhaps SBB are saving the best ones till the end. BLS Blausee-Mitholtz is my favourite station, anywhere. My first visit was by train. 1970s. There was always a beautiful view from the station looking up the valley. It all seems to be obscured now that those trees alongside the tracks have grown. Still, nice to see it all, thanks to your films.

Bedankt voor je reactie en blij dat je het leuk vindt. Tijdens de lopende werkzaamheden zal de route altijd beschermd worden met dekens. Later zullen de treinen op regelmatige tijdstippen uit de faciliteit worden verwijderd en zal het traject worden schoongemaakt met een stofzuiger. Maar de beste manier om het traject schoon te houden is door veel treinen te laten rijden. En ja, bij een groot systeem komt ook veel onderhoud kijken.

Hallo was meinst Du mit BSL? Nein es ist nicht der Gotthardpass sondern die Lötschberg Bergstrecke. Bahnhof Brig befindet sich zwischen dem Lötschberg und dem Simplontunnel. Dieser führt nach Italien.

Ich glaube man lässt die Loks einfach motorisiert mitfahren da es günstiger ist als diese mit nur einer Lok die Strecke bis nach Brig zu ziehen. Bin mir da aber nicht zu 100% sicher.

Für mich meine Lieblings Strecke in der Schweiz wenn es um Güterzüge, UKV´s und Personenzüge geht. Auch wenn viele die SBB Gotthard Bergstrecke bevorzugen. ;)

Diese Stelle liegen fast genau mittig zwischen den beiden Bahnhöfen Oey-Diemtigen und Burgholz.

Hello Alex, thank you for your comment! :) The Marti Em 831 drove for driving school trips to train new train drivers on the route. At this time, Marti AG had a construction site in the summit tunnel near Kandersteg and therefore had to use the route regularly. In other videos of mine you can see the loaded Marti AG trains coming from the construction site and passing or shunting in Blausee Mitholz. Kind regards Martin.
