would this be the same procedure with a 2012 Dodge Avenger 2.4? When i look for that part for my vehicle, it shows the same as the one you changed. I also have a p01745, and the car is in limb mode and doesn't shift. It makes a whining noise from that area when cold starts.
In this car the transmission was a 6 speed. Yours, since ur engine is a 2.4 might be the 4 speed transmission. They both made by same manufacturer so parts probably the same. Procedure might vary,again is not the same transmission.

my ac has been having problems, and what i think is my high pressure point doesn’t have a cover on it if that makes sense (like the one in the video). it doesn’t have a top. could that be causing issues. the ac will run good for about 15 minutes and then stop
No that wont affect the ac system. That is just a cap to protect the port/valve from dust or debris. If ac works only for a short time,there is couple of things u can check. 1- refrigerant pressure 2- Radiator fan. As soon u turn on the ac, radiator fan should kick in. 3- coolant level.(Radiator and coolant reservoir)
can the butterfly clip be replaced by itself? if it broke off? or do you have to replace the complete unit? and what if you use bigger pipe instead of the thin pipe?
Are the 2020 and 2016 chevy malibu screens interchangeable? I know the 2016 has a 7 inch screen and 2020 has a 8 inch screen but idk if thats the screen or the entire system
I have the same problem, But all my fuse are good. I have power at the radio connector and at the display connector. But the display stays black. while my hvac controller works. I can turn up the fan and change ac to heat, but only comes out of the floor vents. This problem happened after i had to jump start the vehicle. What else can i check?
Do a reset...that might help. Disconnect the battery for 20 min or so. Computer will do a reset. If that doesn't work do a hard reset. Be careful with this procedure. I dont have a video on how do it,but there are some videos here in RU-vid on how to do this procedure. Hope that helps 🙏
@@larasgarage2021 thanks I did disconnect the battery for over an hour but it didn't help. What I ended up doing was hooking up my OBD2 scanner. It has the option to scan all the modules. The 11 it read all had codes for low battery voltage. So I erased all the codes and my display started working. Not sure why the codes didn't erase when the battery was disconnected. But hope this helps someone else.
Thanks a bunch for the vids! The only suggestion I would add would be to put some grease on the second o-ring. The grease will help to keep the o-ring in place during assembly. Thanks!

Yeah i think so. I called it the brain lol. But yeah it will be like a control module. Just tell them is the box behind the radio and they will know what is the part u looking for.
Having the same problem with a '16 T&C. Replace both the Trans fluid pressure sensor, and the Torque converter solenoid. Also did over 6 quarts out and replaced with new. The fluid was horrible before, so dirty it left a couple mm of muck in the bottom of drain pan. I even tried a partial change before attacking the solenoids with minor improvements. After replacing the switch and fluids it ran great except for an occasional mild bump around 4th/5th gear shifts, now after 500 miles I have the exact symptoms you're describing AGAIN. But now it's showing P084A in my case. I don't think it's the actual solenoid pack, resistance test at the terminals were consistent. Before I open the case again, I'll do another drain and fill (replace lower pan with a drain plug pan). if it recurs, I'll replace the pressure switch in case I got a defect, or just dirty. Did you ever resolve yours???
Yes i did. I also clean connectors outside or around the transmission with electronic cleaner and add electrical grease on the connectors. Problem was solved.
