I had the "Lifetime Honor" of actually being on the ice and playing hockey with Gordie Howe. I told him that he was my dad's favorite player and my brother Gordie was named after him. At a book signing event in Las Vegas he stayed 1--1/2 hours over his scheduled time to make sure everyone got an autograph. I still have a a hand written letter from him that is a personal treasure. Isn't ironic that when I hit the "Like" icon I was the "9" person in line?
I was born in the 90's but never ever heard of this show until now and love all of it. The pausing in between dialogues feels so unique and real. It's like reality TV instead of a scripted show.

Fun fact: I met the voice of egon aka Maurice lemarche at comic con Boston. He signed my dvd of the real ghostbusters. He did the voice of egon for me and said don’t crossed the streams. Which I followed it up total protonic reversal. It was awesome.

I met a guy working as a doorman at my hotel in NY who worked in tower 2 from 1994-1999. He said the procedure when he worked there was to evacuate all of the buildings in the complex if there was any perceived terrorist attacks anywhere in the complex. Whoever planned this attack assumed that there wouldn't be a lot of people in or around the towers before they collapsed. Flight 11 that was the first plane to hit anything that day took off 14 minutes late. Had it been on time there truly would have been time to evacuate the entire complex and no one would have been in the south tower when it was hit. The fact that the procedure to evacuate was changed or ignored was unexpected to the real terrorists.
Karl's views on the world are absolutely hilarious. It astounds me how he actually believes that if a part of the world isn't like his own town then he can't fathom how people can get along and live?
