I have been exploring, researching and training bodyweight strength, handbalancing, acrobatics and other loosely defined movement terms for nearly a decade. Since 2015 I have coached both adults and youngsters, from those who never did a pushup to strong athletes in need of technical training. I have taught handbalancing, bodyweight strength, adult gymnastics, and various acrobatic movement forms. This variety has taught me a great deal about my own approach to coaching and now I am ready to coach the world.

Can't find the version of that song. Can someone share? I found only Koloba by Alil. And I absolutely agree about consistency. I see that in any area of my life. Do small things but consistently and you will achieve awesome results.
Great man.. I honestly started about a year ago bc of you.. I loved the handstand since landing the occasional 5sec one.. lol but after alot hardwork n fun , I do press hs, jump straddle , straddlle planche , planche to HS( I'm addicted to the body control and the way the body conforms to these moves , I'm so flexible n strong compared to a year ago its surreal..never stopping , my body loves doing it!
