What I didn't like in T2T was the downgrade of mechanics The combat and mechanics of warrior within was the best Combat system was a bit difficult but once you master it you were literally unstoppable.
Dante should be in pop dhaka should lose its mind killing dante would taunt dhaka if dhaka meets Vergil i pray vergil sees him as not a normal demon dahka would be flying in air in an endless combo dhaka would quit its job from having mental and physical abuse 😂
Yeah orginally there was to be diff ending if u choose to be dark prince there is secret path to avoid water the dopleganger prince was created due to killing of dharka another monster has Been created it took prince appearance with the symbol of ww logo in his back and took ww remainders enemies to babylon and the dople ganger has the sand dagger and wants to retrieve the amulet and prince father and quuen are turned to sand monster boss fight and even the old man the og three commander boss fight there are just supposed to be sand monsters 😢
One caveat I feel must be mentioned is that, whilst a lot of people consider Prince of Persia: Warrior Within to be the best Prince of Persia game, I recently read that it was one of the lowest rated games in the Sands of Time trilogy (I think of mainline Prince of Persia games, it may have only come second-to-last to Prince of Persia 3D). I guess reviewers at the time didn’t appreciate the heavy metal and possibly trying to be edgy nature of the game, but it hit at just the right time for many of us it seems. It also feels like a disservice to sell Prince of Persia 2008 and Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown short like that. It seems like the more Persian mythology is thrown into the series, the less people like it. The missing out of The Rogue Prince of Persia is understandable because that’s currently early access.
i have no idea who these loser sands of time fans are but sands of time doesn't hold a candle to warrior within and the subsequent games should've been like warrior within, dark, gritty, with great bosses and multiple endings
I very much think Lost crown is related to the SoT Trilogy. When the villain says "I've seen our kingdom engulfed in flames". He is talking about Babylon.
First game ever where you could walk on walls. I remember playing soul reaver 2 cuz my PC couldn't handle PoP graphics, thinking "damn that parkour is what's missing from soul reaver".
I was first admit myself here that I stole a game called sands of time gba from my relative's GBA SP then slap it to my NDS Lite somewhat manage to 100% it back on 2013.
I love the dedication and work behind it, would love to see u cover more games. Along with the PoP series ofc, Kindred Blades might be cancelled but with some people asking... we might get it (if Ubisoft doesn't go full money hungry like they did in Assassin's Creed)
Kindred Blades wasnt canselled, cus it was just name for alpha version of Two Thrones. yes, artwork get reworked(thx to fans feedback btw), but according to alpha footage its to the best. dark prince looked awful before, and "brownie" visuals didnt looked that well either. game is literally Two Thrones where one is SoT and other WW. and they found perfect middle ground between those two.
@@MrVoland44 safe to say we all would love a kindred blades or a new series following the same style as the old games. we never really had an iconic game in the new generation yet, they all went for quantity instead of quality...
Sands of Time was really great with stunning visuals mechanics which completely reshaped the game industry. I personally think that many games which came after were inspired from this series. Warrior Within was great in terms of gameplay and theme. It also had the coolest swords and combos. But The Two Thrones had far better voice acting and dialogue writing. In Warrior Within, the voice actors were basically just reading. In Two Thrones however, the original SoT voice actor came back, you could genuinely feel the pain in prince's voice and the dialogue between the prince and the dark prince was just mwah.
Just reading in warrior whittin ? Well, thank goodness I played it in Spanish when I was little. If you understood the Spanish language, I assure you that you would realize what a good voice actor he played as the prince in Warrior Whittin, as well as some of the characters. And besides, he is the same actor who acts in The Two Thrones
