Welcome to my channel! Watch me play a variety of games from the NES era to recent PC gaming! I do Let's Plays, tips, tricks, glitches, and whatever floats people's boats! Don't forget to subscribe and comment! Thanks!
Here's another way to get perfect five 1ups in the guessing game: have a cape and spin jump, catching the edge of each "?" box from left to right (or 1-3). If you do it right, you'll get a 1up *every single time!*
Forest of Illusion 1 is the Ultimate 1-up grinding level. You need a cape, and just start stomping Wigglers as scroll them offscreen and come back. You will start getting 1-up then a 2-up, then a 3-up, then a 5-up, then the game kinda breaks and crazy stuff starts to happen
I had no idea it was possible to play the fortresses after beating. Thank you! Another tip I always use...in Larry's Castle, you can hop one of the two floating brown blocks (you will see them in video at 13:01) and wait for the platform to come back around. You don't have to ride it the whole time, you just have to jump on one of the blocks and wait...avoid all of the obstacles. That along with riding it down to the halfway hash makes it very easy level.
18:19 I spent hours flying Mario into that small opening...and I did it on several occasions. Never knew you could control the coins with the control pad.
I have beaten all 96 levels when I was a kid. After watching another video, I found out you can get any Yoshi you want by going down the chimney at yoshis house in the beginning going to the ocean secret.
Why do you wait till the music runs out to hit the p for the coins to turn to blocks you can control them even when its not coins and you go the same distance.
I find the easiest way to get lives easy and quickly is in the 1st level to the right off yoshi's house at the start, down the pipe into the cave with yoshi, jump of his back and hit the flying block with the 1up , exit and literally go back in through the same pipe to the left when you exit. Repeat until the time is up and redo the level again to get more. Time everything right eg hitting the block with the 1up ,entering and exiting the pipe and watch the 1up counter go. Very very easy and quick
Funny bit about Hammer Mario's hammers. They have no effect on the Koopalings, but do massive damage to Bowser himself! If you manage to reach Bowser as Hammer Mario, you can actually kill him with two to three hammers!
Both the first game I ever beat and the first game I ever found all the secrets were on the SNES. I beat Super Castlevania 4 and, after watching this video, turns out I did in fact discover all the exits. The Internet want yet a thing and I didn't have a Game Genie or Nintendo Power magazine, but my older brother probably at least pointed me towards a few of the non-signposted ones. I don't rightly remember
I haven't played this game in 25+ years. I vaguely recall the quirky secrets of this game way back when but never tried to find them. This actually answered a few questions I had from when I was a kid seeing the empty red squares because I never did understand their purpose. Also directing the coins with the pad... I remember that used to frustrate me because I'd be trying to jump but couldn't go anywhere because of the dang coins! Anyway, great video! I may just have to break the old Super NES out.
I think it's kinda funny that the developers added a secret level so eatly into the game that literally gives you unlimited sourse of powerups and lifes (the top secret level in Donut Plains)
After all these years, you showed me the final secret levels I have been missing! Mainly, Donut Secret House, Top Secret Area, Soda Lake! Thank you! You made staying alive worth it, for now! I love you! Hope you are well!
the Soda lake tip, you mention that you can swim under the platform at the end.. You can actually do that trick throughout the entire level to avoid torpedo Ted.
Love it..!!!! I have basically done the same thing but what started as a Halloween Horror movie fest has turned into a lifelong even where every day is Halloween.. LOL -- I find the older black and white Horror movies are my favorites as they were so original.. I also love the comedy horror movies such as Abbott and Costello meet Frankenstein and the Ghost and Mr. Chicken. Love the fact that you included Tucker and Dale Meet Evil & Killer Klowns from Outer Space on this list, brilliant movies. Love this list man.
