I hear that accent as he talks, I can just about say he's in the south, so it'll be warm season grass like St. Augustine, Bermuda, Centipede, etc. Our grass in the south is pretty stubborn and tough compared to cool season grass like fescue or ryegrass
My gt235 is running very ruff after the new carburetor was installed. The idle is up and down, hunting, I think that’s called. Any suggestions?? Does the top screw with the gasket under it have any effect? There is also a screw inside the top cylinder portion that I can turn a quarter??? Thanks for any help.
i can see thats this is your first time polishing a car, it look like u are applying too much force, u are using a more agressive cutting pad, u should use a medium foam pad....not everybody know how to polish..............
I put a new drive belt on and transmission pulley, it didn't help my reverse get any better on my Gravely 1548G. I think this is normal operation. I can go forward without issue, so this must be a safety issue. if you fell or tripped, it'd run you down fast. Think its only an assist feature (if you can call it that).
those 2 tabs is for a lil spoiler therea 2 lil ones one on left one on right side of my 2013 zl1 u should order it and install to make it look like a real zl1

**long comment alert** Lol There’s options to order them with or without. It’s like $50-75 cheaper w/o the off-road connection pipes, depending on what vendor you go through. If you don’t really care all THAT much, I’d go after generic eBay long tubes if you can. They’re the same exact thing as Speed Engineering, except the welds on the outer side of the header flange, isn’t full welded all around the primary tube connections.. although, I’ve personally never had an issue within almost 2 yrs of running SE long tubes. They don’t sell high flow cats, but you can definitely build them. You’ll want to get whatever 3” high flow cat, but just make sure that the setup can taper down to 2.5” if you’re keeping the stock exhaust or going with that size piping diameter. I believe ~12-3/4” (12.75) inches, was a decent size to have some high flow cat connections welded up. You’ll need a 3” OD to 2.5” OD exhaust reducer/adapter, and have that welded onto your HFC of choice. Most typical metallic core HFC’s, have 200 CPI (cells per inch). I believe you can get 300 CPI for more noise reduction and even less fumes/pollution (if you care). I would avoid 400 CPI if possible, since that’s what the stock downpipes/cats come with, I believe. They still flow and make power, but they’re a lot quieter and do a very good job of killing catless fumes.

You were saying true duals all the way back but I thought during the banging that you said it was there. Not sure if you removed it as I sped through that section due to your helper making your video unwatchable. Emphasis on not banging on metal during your videos! Lol.
Can you tell me which replacement carburetor you bought? I'm having some bad problems on my gt235 with Briggs Vanguard and don't want to spend $380 for a new one.
Just check your pulleys and check the belt to make sure they’re not stretched. Also, make sure there’s no grass buildup on the police cause that causes it to jump off track.

Autolite F400 filter from any Walmart. About $3, bigger than the expensive Kohler and fits just fine. Any good quality 10/30 synthetic oil will work too.
That’s how my scag is set up - reverse assist - put in reverse and pull mower back towards you. I believe it’s a scag safety feature so you don’t accidentally run yourself over with the mower. 😊
