Awesome video! I love this place, used to ride there years ago but stopped going because of all the hikers. For the most part people walking are nice and fine with you being there but we always would run into a few that would always start trouble like blocking the trail so we couldn't pass or speaking nasty to us, this was even after we polite. I have no problems with hikers, they have a right ti use the trails too. Anyway, beautiful area and I prefer the trails over at Lake Awosting versus Lake Minnewaska because there are fewer people and the swimming area is really nice on those really hot days. Looks like you guys were riding through the Mohonk Preserve too? Lots of fun riding in New Paltz for sure.
I'm surprised you spend so much time in bike lanes. I have thousands of Manhattan bike miles in my legs, and I've always felt like green-painted pavement was the most dangerous place to be on a bike in 212.

Des meurtres sur RU-vid avec des millions de vues qui pourront rester pendant des mois voir des années en ligne et aucune condamnation ? "Si vous avez aimé ce meurtre, likez, commentez et abonnez vous pour ne pas rater toutes les séries qui vont arriver" ... Aller je signale. Je ne sais pas si ça sert vraiment vu que dans cette société moderne personne ne fait sont boulot correctement.
For me, (life-long cyclist) cars look for 'threats,' not cyclists, not pedestrians, not dog-walkers, threats! If you were driving down the street in a cement truck, would the car cut you off? Not bloody likely. But the car driver feels they have priority over the cyclist, the pedestrian, over the dog.
Whoa i love that- "like a video game." I can't tell you how useful that's going to be in my ongoing inevitable conversations with non-bikers about why for me riding in the city/downtown is not only gratifying but uniquely interesting. thank you terry i was the one that asked about this tour to Oregon on twitch and you said they out there but i would have to search for them and now i started riding commute to work everyday.
