America has quite a lot of say... they could simply turn off the money and weapons stream. Not long after that Ukraine will have nothing to fight with. So America can easily focus minds in Ukraine. I expect Russia has no great love of seeing its young men killed either. Nearly the only thing keeping the war going is the US (and to a far lesser extent UK/Fra/Ger)
