I'll write in English for everyone: it looks like the heat was applied "from above" rather that from inside the machine - the big giveaway is that the RF shield is not singed/blackened on the bottom side (the white cardboard side). Maybe it was left in a car during the summer, at our latitudes you know how hot it can get. I would try, first of all, to replace the on/off button; It's known to mechanically fail on C64s and when it does, it can cause all sorts of weird behaviours. If that doesn't solve the issue, my bet is on the ROMs. A nice capacitor replacement all around would also help.
The music is very annoying... Also if it has been really hot.. Some capacitors may be cooked... Chips could be fine... I can't watch till the end because the music is getting on my nerves... If trying to troubleshoot a board, a multimeter or scope is very useful... Takes out a lot of the guessing work... You can see if pins on the CPU and other chips are working... so you can narrow it down a lot, without actually taking stuff out... You don't need a super expensive scope... You can figure out a lot with a 20-30 $ scope from Ali express.. But really if you want people to watch your videos to the end... kill the music... If you want the old mobo to work, check all the capacitors... Capacitors contain fluid and if it's gone they don't work anymore..
The motherboard may have a repairable fault... but if it has just bitten the dust, at least you have three good chips to use as spare parts, components that are difficult, if not impossible, to replace.
Hi triple freedom, had this game in the 80s, played it on my plus 2. Seems like you're only getting one channel audio during the intro music. I also think if you're playing against the computer there's music playing while the computer opponent is taking their turn.
Thank you soooooo much for the hints. I will try my best to check everything out. The jack connected to the sound card is a stero one, so it seems really strange.
Wow normaly I keep my mouth shut when I don't like something pehaps it just isn't for me...But man this is really just waste of Harddisk space on youtube's servers and that from a 48kb game.... impressive.
