Never used any motivational material, like these mentioned books, but from looking into MLMs I've realized something simple. For long term task motivation can easily become an important resource to manage. You may start with enough motivation to move a mountain, but will it last a month, a year? Some external motivation sources are needed for most people(who require motivation) in such cases.
