Great house, but the kitchen "triangle" is still off...I really would hate to buy a newly remodeled home just to gut the kitchen because someone didn't pay attention to the functionality aspect of what is essentially the "heart" of the home.
Another really good tour Andrew. The house is super nice and even 800 K is pretty good since it's McDonnell ranch. The remodel is done really excellent so this is for sure winner. Andrew
These homes are just beautiful. The homes in Hawaii cannot compare with the homes that you show. In Hawaii homes are selling for $1M and the homes in LV put them to shame. Too bad we are now seniors and would not be able to relocate. Thank you for your daily videos. 💖🙏🌺💖
Over priced bathrooms don’t have nice walk in showers cheap plastic tubs. Neighbors too close bedrooms are small, your money would go farther somewhere else, plus Vegas weather is no bueno
I love a front courtyard. That dark flooring is beautiful, just have to keep the furnishings light colored so it doesn't feel like a cave. Good to know, i was wondering about LV laws on backyard grass. Love the way the back is bricked in, feels very private.
Hey AG This home has strange vibe.🤔 Clean. No one is walking thru my room to get to a balcony ! 4 car garage will sell it hopefully 😊great lot size . Stay cool🥶😎
This is a Beautiful Home, the backyard is huge, not like the new homes you see when you walk out to the back and the brick wall is a few steps. You would have to put a 2-ring pool or a slip n slide. Ha, Ha, Ha!!
It’s not my style but it is cool 👍🏼Nice tv thing. Solves the problem of not wanting a tv in your room but once in a blue moon you want to watch tv in bed. Love the tech and masculine feel to it. Would love to entertain there for sure 👍🏼
Love the house but I would rather have a pool if I was going to pay that much. In my neighborhood they sold a house with my same floor plan for 1.2 million and it has a pool. Our homes were built in 1983. I bought it brand new for $179,000. It is a 2 story with 4 beds. and 3 baths. I would never sell it, but I would like a vacation home in Las Vegas or Palm Springs. They are the two vacation spots that I usually spend my time in while I am retired. I live in California.
Palm Springs is great but obviously I lean towards Vegas. Thanks for checking it out. Most people prefer a pool over not and I get that. I will note a lot of neighborhoods have a community pool. Not the same but is a nice mid ground between a backyard pool and no pool.
Beautiful but could u put a pool in that green turf area? or it's too small...Inside q thing is updated 10/10..You're working hard, you're starting to lose ur voice drink a lot of warm lemonade❤
I was going for a softer feel today. Back to normal on today’s video, guess it wasn’t as appealing. Thank you!! Yes room for a smaller pool nothing huge.
Another well presented older home. I like that it's only partially open spaced. The trend is slowly returning to having your own spaces in newer homes around the country.
Very nice, well maintained older home with lots of light and unique features. It's a blank canvas and a good blend between an older style and a more contemporary style. This is nice, Andrew.
Wow! You are so DISRESPECTFUL person. No wonder too many people moved out to different countries b'coz people in America are always in raged, they want to fight all the time. There's always road raged in America. You are so RUDE! He was just asking about the bidet. What's wrong to asked????
Hi Andrew, my name is Luis Urbieta & I am a viewer from Escondido California. I love the house that you:ve toured & I have a couple of questions: the first question is' On the last house that you've toured what type of bidet toilets brand did it have? The second question is: since bidet toilets are getting popular why don't put them in every home?
Sir, this is an outstanding home. solar? YES!! Solar water heater? Pool salt filter or chlorine? I would look to add an outdoor bar-B-que. The pool is "Da Bomb" love it! With the grotto? Yes please. As I am 70, the older styles tend to appeal to me. It is a bit too white for me, but there is plenty of colorful, rugs, etc. Oddly, that mural appeals to me, how old is it do you know?Love the "library that has always been on my dream list. But with wood and brass LOL. But I can picture books and art that will add that color.
Thank you so much! Gas Heater but Solar will cover electric for waterfall, pumps, and filter plus it is Tesla solar! Also I'm thinking chlorine based on age but I will check to be sure. That is some library! Yes it is pretty neutral so you can add and color(s) you like!
I liked the outside entryway and enclosed patio plus the landscaping, (other than the poisonous oleander), instead of simply spread gravel. I also liked the backyard, pool and room for customization. The Inside was unique, I almost expected to see round beds on platforms and Sean Connery or Hugh Hefner lounging
@8:32...that's an old rose color bathtub...this vintage house is priceless, the owners took care of everything meticulously, they got a taste every corner is jaw-dropping🥀🥀🥀
