Hello Sir/Madam, Your RU-vid content is truly impressive! After a thorough review, I noticed some areas for enhancement, such as thumbnails and tag optimization, that could significantly boost your reach. I’d be excited to discuss ways to help your channel expand.
ABORTION IS FKN MURDER. PERIOD. If a any wild animal or hell pet even is pregnant, they carry to term. We as mammals should continue the same the way it was designed, meant to be, and its not your body. When your born your body is given to you by your parents. You dont own it cuz you didnt make it. You just occupy it. Cant have parents or a body if your all murdering life. Fkn women are all beyond physchotic.
Outstanding! I can so relate to exploring your options in different locations and settings. Owning your own practice is no small feat. With locums, even if things are not going well in the midst of an assignment, you have an out
I worked for decades paying my dues to attain professional standing in my field only to come up against fakes questioning my qualifications. These are among the reasons why we have lowered standards because proficiency and competence, and in particular experience is no long recognized with the last generation of "Bottom Line" thinking, which has been an excuse for mediocrity and 'good enough to get by." As for "pleasing everyone, " you are the person who should be pleased in the knowledge that you have done the right thing. Doing a good job is what really matters, not what someone who knows nothing about what you do "thinks."
wow stanford is unionizing. this is eye opening. there must be a BIG problem inside of residency. hmm I wonder what it is...probably BURN OUT, DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, and health care worker SUICIDE to name a few. wow it took you so long to notice there was a problem in medical education system.
Fascinating perspectives. I think another point is there is a often uncertainty in diagnosis, treatment, monitoring for so many diseases that choosing "wrong" can be awful. There's no "always" or "never" in medicine also and the body proves us wrong sometimes even with doing the most with the best information we had at the time. We all want the best for our patients and that self blame is so powerful in such a bad way. Thank you both for sharing.
Honest question, why? I’ve been “the only…” of many things in my life, the only member of my religion, the only person from my state, the only male, the only conservative, heck for a good part of two years of my life I was the only white person, etc. but never once did I feel any of those was particularly hard. Why is it, what is it, about being the only Asian that made it hard?
Same thing in UK Psychology. My Blasian (Black Asian (Pakistani)) daughter had to endure this. It is also problematic for her patients of colour, as they have no one who they can relate to or genuinely understand their point of view. The Black demographic of Psychology trainees and Psychologist is grossly under represented to being almost non existent. Change is needed and I'm proud that my daughter is in the forefront and is getting recognition in her attempts of changing this from the ground up. Diversity is key not just for the development of the trainee but is key for all patients.
We're so sorry to hear you share similar experiences, but this goes to show that we're not alone in this effort to help raise awareness to stimulate change! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you, these are such raw stories and so different than what we present to the world about medical training. SO many good and terrible things about such a vulnerable population. I can’t wait for more of your episodes.
