Speaking as a 12 year old female, Hear me out: If women, including myself, really do want to be on the 'frontline', let them, but do not change the requirements. Just as an example, if a male has to carry 80 lbs during a hike or a run, let a female carry the same weight. Females aren't physically as strong as males. It's scientifically proven. A female would have to work years just to get somewhat close to the physical strength of a man. Ladies, please get over it. If this is your dream, then hoping for easy standards won't help you.
