you should moisturize your hair STRANDS not just scalp when having your hair in braids and when taking them out because doing it dry can really break your hair off and minimize shedding
I’ve only been natural for a month now and it’s definitely been a learning experience 😂 I just did an unplanned washed day today and tried conditioning first! I then massaged /brushed it for maybe 10-15 minutes. I noticed a difference girl so try it out!
