it's a ggreat home ,....with just one problem..... it's right next to a huge road!!! c-mon guys!!! a place like that should have at least 15 acres!!!! and needs to be surrounded by old growth tree's!!
When selling multi million dollar homes you might consider investing in a professional spokesperson/video company to give the presentation. This video looks like you just went into it with no prep. That is just my honest assessment. Just a video walk thru with a voice-over narration would make it 100% more attractive. Put some effort into it!
Too much chatter. Stop trying to be entertaining. Just show the damn house! Everybody knows what a washing machine, a bathroom, a pantry is for. Nobody needs you to mansplain that to us.

Not a good video. Too long. Capturing shots of the home are poor. Too many personal opinions, not enough details description of the actual home. May want to rethink the planning of these videos…
way way WAY overpriced. The sloppy walls without bookmatched slabs, cheap bathrooms, ridiculously small closet in the first bedroom, no theatre room, no exercise room, this is maybe a 1.5 to 1.7 million on a generous day. This may be a good price if it was in LA, but not in Phoenix.
Loved the energy from both of you! It would be helpful if you introduced yourselves at the start, so we can remember who you are. Very helpful to hear descriptions of the finishes etc, would love to hear the makers of the kitchen stove, fridge and dishwasher. Viking/Wolf/Gaggenau/Sub Zero all lend to saying it's luxury. Also, don't forget to mention the builder. Looks like Toll Brothers, who have done some amazing work. Thank you for the tour!!
I HATE being petty.....but the tour was going good until the guy in the purple shirt started talking and broke my concentration! He needs to work on his oral presentation/presence just a little bit more or just let the other guy talk.
