Same me too. He had operated my mother spine surgery L5-S1 but doing some mistakes in 1st operation, so re-operated 7days later . The last one was better than 1st surgery but my mother even now not properly well. The surgery was done in September,2022.

Hi. Mr. Mallick. My background is veterinary science and I have T8 disc herniation with mild to moderate pain. I have doing spine extension exercises since last 3-4 months, but no improvement. The pain is on right side radiating from upper back to lateral side and to lower anterior thorax. I am in state of extreme depression and hopeless. How do you see the prognosis and different non-surgical or surgical procedures? Thanks in advance to reply.
i started with pain n the same area i got to the point that burping swallowing food gives me pain so i decided to request a MRI to my doctor and i find out that i have mild bulges between T6-T7, T8-T9, T9-T10, that was the reason of my pain on the ribs cage neck lower abbs, 7 months like this and i feel like i got used to also i found ways to avoid pain and symptoms with certain positions, 4 days ago i got the cortisone shot for the first time im recovering until now i haven't feel nothing different from before, the doctor told me that takes 1 to 2 weeks to feel better, ima give a chance to physical theraphy
