Ramadan special iftar series episode 4. . Today’s recipe is Chana Kebabs Delish , high protein vegan kebabs. . Ingredients- 1 medium size Onion 5-6 garlic cloves 1 inch ginger 1.5 cups boiled Black Chana (Bengal Gram) 1 green chili Coriander leaves 1/2 tsp red chili 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 1/2 tsp Garam masala 1 tsp Salt 1/2 cup bread crumbs 2tbsp butter/oil . Method- Grind all the ingredients. Take ball size portions & shape them . Shallow fry them & serve hot. . **add more bread crumbs if needed **
