turtles are one of my biggest weaknesses in tekken as a Lidia main myself Dude absolutely tore me up from the floor up with his high defence skills so thank you for this video
Thank you so much for this information 🙏. I've been playing the Tekken 8 demo nonstop since it came out for PS 5. Daily play. So I feel myself slowly getting better. I'm newish to Tekken. I mostly played it a lot casually in the past. But this information here still carries over to Tekken 8. My ghost when I battle it, would beat out a lot of my moves at times. This is because I was trying to practice more the concept of poking, and non combo options. Now I understand the idea of jabbing more. I can properly practice it, and work on ways to mix things up. The best part about all of this is how it will make my ghost better. Then when my ghost gets better. I can learn more of my habits and better myself. So it's a continuous feedback loop of improving myself. Thank you for this video Seattle Tekken crew.
Glad you liked the tech talk! There's a lot of depth to Tekken that often doesn't get talked about. And Tekken is very much a legacy skill game - where most skills in previous games transfer over well to newer games. I've done a few longer tutorials that cover more general information. If you check the main page, there's a few playlists that cover a wide range of topics.
We've got a thriving community in the Seattle area, and new people are definitely welcome. We've got links to our discord and facebook group on seattletekken.com if you want to join the community.
ty 🙏Sleep is hella strong. His Chloe beat me up pretty good and knocked me out later on. We're doing these monthly on Sundays (details in the seatek discord). You should pull up if you can :)
Raven really tries to cheese out the rounds with seeable lows and the qcb unblockable. Also very big button friendly and risks for that. Isn't afraid of doing 50/50s with average reward when he was caught doing windmill before
