isnt the last part incorrect... citibank has a grid for partial redemption, and if you have points to meet mininum threshold amount of that grid you will get sms. for example for utility there is a grid of >250 Rs to <2 lakh.... so if you have points that are worth 250 INR you will get message?
Is there any reward point capping on utility bill payment category in DCB metal edition?? I am asking this as i will be using that for my business expenses!!
