The CADARN Learning Portal is a HEFCW-funded project covering the higher learning institutions of Mid and North Wales. It aims to inspire new students into education and support lecturing staff to produce and promote educational resources. Our website offers a bilingual catalogue of study schemes and inspiring resources from across the region. We have funded a wide range of audio-visual equipment for staff to create resources, and our production team is working alongside our partners, creating content, running workshops, and providing guidance materials. Explore our RU-vid channel for all our videos, and visit our website for more information: www.cadarn.ac.uk
So you need to make a mold over sized to allow for shrinkage. And that information is where? Is it a standard figure that is always published for all clays everywhere? 😮
Two things: The right arm and left leg are connected during walking and running. 2nd: would be wonderful if you rendered at 180 fps so we could watch in slo-mo very cool start wonder what 9 years could produce today?
I have problem , when I zoom with 5x or 10x and trying to take a photo my shutter number and aperture numbers light up with red colour and they don't allow me to record with digital zoom. Can you explain how to fix it ? Canon EOS 700D
Excellent video thanks. I have had this camera for many years, but always use it in the set programs. Now I am going to venture outside these and hit the Manual settings. How brave of me :) Thanks again. Cheers.
Getting close, but I want to see a more detailed sequence of how the individual muscles work together. Maybe a color change to show intensity of contraction.
12:16 yeah yeah, that noise gets produced whenever there's at least incoming call/sms. is there any particular name for this noise and some proper analysis about it?
I am borrowing a JVC 3ccd from school to do a project but the audio levels will not pop up on the viewfinder. i have the built in mic set to auto but my plug in mic on manual. is there just something that needs to be flipped in settings? I recorded a clip and listened to it, there is audio but i want to be able to adjust it. Can anyone help?
This was excellent. Really well thought through and presented. The only thing I found a bit off-putting is that the audio sounded a bit muffled to me, until you switched to the NTG2. I'm old, so maybe I need a brighter sound to get through the high pitch roll off of age, or maybe it's the design compromise inherent in making a mic as small as a lavalier, but for me the NTG2 had the up front presence that seemed lacking in the rest of the audio. This isn't meant as a criticism of the production, more as an observation, which maybe points to the individual nature of how we experience audio.
Thank you for taking the time to make the video. It was really informative as a nature photographer and casual video recorder sound is something I haven't taken that much notice of the information you provided was excellent.
Fantastic video, clearly explained AND you let us hear the difference. I now know why people complain about my video camera microphone and why I got sent a nice Blue Pearl!
I'm a "bedroom RU-vidr" who only ever records in a very controlled environment and I feel I've done a great job of dialing my audio in. I have an opportunity coming up to film something "on location" soon and I really want to do it justice, and audio is the main thing I'm concerned about. I just wanted to say that this video was incredibly helpful, so thanks for taking the time to put it together! 🙂
Thanks for sharing it with me Rees! I can see more of what to do now with my own stuff..... like what the level things are. As I tend to shout a lot...
