Hi, very helpful video ❤. English is not my first language. I have a degree in HRM in one of the UK universities and I want to study PGCE primary. I am in desperate need of some reassurance. Do you think I will make it. I am excellent at English writing and spelling but sometimes hesitant to talk English freely.

Great video Cher! I found myself nodding along to a lot of what you said. I am at the end of ECT1 in Year 6. Moving to Year 5 next year. I have made a whole list of things I’ll do the same/differently next year to try and reduce burn out/workload. Staying in my class when I don’t feel up to socialising on breaks/after school is #1. Luckily my partner teacher is quite introverted too so we have a silent understanding 😂 Here’s to ECT2 for both of us!
