Benton County, Specifically Bentonville, AR. These tones aren't valid for anytime other than when it was sent, because Federal uses Time encryption.

This was for the satellite truck we decommissioned at work. This was mainly use for the IFB system, and allowed the studio to talk to the people in the field over C-Band or Microwave.
