I tried to connect the mx master 2s mouse to the dongle I had with my mx master 3s, but it didnt not appear when I searched for it. Are they not compatible? I am currently connected directly with bluetooth on the pc, so the connectivity of the mouse works and the dongle also works....

A client gave me this mouse and keyboard after spilling their coffee on the mouse. Followed your instructions plus some compressed air in a can and some contact cleaner and it's good as new. This combo was about $120 here new so well worth fixing. Cheers mate!

Thanks for the demo, I failed at opening the case and used brute force instead... threw the case in the trash as I only need the SSD as a secondary drive for my PC. lol

Thanks but that's not precisely the right way, you should open both side flaps first, like 0:42, that's much easier.

I opened and put alcohol to rectify scrolling and the clicks also stopped working. 😭
