I felt so sorry for Cobra Commander. I watched the G.I. Joe movie again recently and i actually shed some tears over his mutation. I didn't know those scenes were going to hit me that hard. When he's instructing Roadblock where to go "that's it, straight ahead the mountain path" that part especially was heartbreaking for me😢
@youknowkbbaby yes he did, but it was still sad for me seeing him in that condition. When Cobra Commander was saying "useless all useless", that was heartbreaking.
You really get the feeling of why the marines couldn't stand Gorman. He wasn't combat tested, and he didn't even know their names, but they had to pretend to respect him because of his rank. It makes Vasquez' line of "You always were an asshole, Gorman" hit harder. She shows that she does respect him, shit talking to his face like the other marines, because he proved himself. It's not about rank. It's about who you are as a soldier.
