@@VovrzullNo, I have the projection addon AND the expert curve addon. 😄 And I never know which selection mode I should choose when I'm in curve mode to achieve what I want. And there are these handles all over the place. 🙈 And because of that I think quick examples to show which handle to scale or move to bend areas on different meshes would help. 💃

Yes sometimes we pay attention to such programs to be inspired, but still between blender and such programs is a very big difference, I think if I manage to do everything I want, we will try to compete with them in the future
Very nice addon but the markers and camera calibration work is something that Blender should do. A discontinued program of 15 years ago is not a reliable method. Either an addon or manual-aided way of doing it would be better. Since you can work with python a bit (I imagine the addon is written in python) how hard is something like that and why no one has done it? I'd even pay for it
Just got it yesterday. Right now I’m just playing and making random shapes, but I’ve already got some interesting methods worked out. Just like the rest of your addons, this one reeks of credibility and is clearly written by someone to actually accomplish goals. You guys don’t make fluff, and I appreciate that. Damn good work and I’m anxious to see what else you do.
It looks like some kind of paraCAD modeling... but much easier :) I would like to see some car or some industrial form made in this addon. A bevel or edge chanfer function would be useful!
Yes, video tutorials on creating various parts and shapes are coming soon. I've already put the feature to create chamfers for segments on my to-do list. I think I'll release the video tutorial, publish the addon for various sites, and then continue to work on optimizing and expanding the functionality. (Exactly at the moment editing the subtitles on this video it's just awful, it's too big:D )
Unfortunately, this is my only job and I need something to eat or I'll die:) If I was immortal, it would solve all problems:) But now I need to eat every day, save up for an apartment, there are people in my team who also have a lot of their own financial problems, and I also have a girlfriend. Well nobody has left a comment. Hard to believe. From my research this is earth shattering in blender. Hopefully it works well because I am more comfortable with projection modeling than sculpting or dealing with the mesh. Seems like you have put a lot of time into that curve work add on. If I don't apply mirror or connect points, it doesnt stay a mirror object like demonstrated at 6:35. This might have also changed since the tool settings do no have apply or connect point anymore, it is now on the right toolbar. I can't figure this out and it's very frustrating. EDIT: I'm just dumb, idk what I was doing wrong but it's working now

Sweet, new video. There arent a million other products like Vovrzull's - and none for Blender like this one i'm aware of, so there's no other place to see videos about them. I set notifications for my sub. I had an idea just now. I bet it would be easy for you to throw together a projection modeling asset library. i mean, a lot of the shapes take two seconds to make - they are sorta like bools that way. But if the addon also included a separate library download, say of the same parts as your tutorials, one could follow along and copy what your do. Thats one of the stages of learning a thing. And, if you wanted to go crazy some afternoon you could make catalogs of shapes optimized to work together. The tool expects us to make our own shapes to bring to the party but sometimes getting some success early on is all thats needed to put a tool in the comfort zone and into regular rotation, you know? Okay, thats too many words. i just meant to say "cool new video" and a cat ran across my keyboard. Thanks for making stuff thats different!

Many thanks to you! You can add a checkmark function: "hide, after renaming", so that after renaming with a suffix, the named meshes are hidden. And the "name generation" button. Where the name with the suffix _low/high without .001 will be randomly generated?
for you, man. @antonio.cristea You say you know there is a better addon.... but if you knew what it is, you wouldn't write like that, because you are absolutely wrong... and it's pretty easy to prove it by opening the default addons and comparing the two addons, they have completely different functionality... and before you write and insult the developer, you should be 100% aware of the functionality of each plugin first. But saying things that aren't true is really bad. You should have written that yes there is a free default, but they are completely different. And in no way am I offending the developers or trying to say there are better or worse, everyone has their own fans. So please be kind to express your thoughts truthfully from now on.
Aren't people aware that there is a built-in addon in Blender called "is key free" that does this? It is better than this one and it is free, it appears in the N panel of the text editor window once you enable it.

I created this addon for myself, and so I made sure that first of all it was convenient, and quickly find the right keys:) I'm very self-critical, so I've been struggling with myself for a long time to start liking the addon I created:) Usually if I like the addon, people are happy with the result, but if someone still lacks something or there are any inconveniences, I finalize the addon.

Which means I have to prepare the images and fbx files in advance in image modeler (autodesk's image modeler), and then instead of having to import them manually into blender, I can now use your addon, right?
yes, you create locators in the image modeller program, the output is an rzi file and photos, you turn the rzi file into fbx. and then my addon will help you import this into blender and set up the scene

@@Vovrzull I bought the Projection Modeling on Gumroad and the Curveworks and Loft on Blendermarket. What I need is a step-by-step guide on how to project on all three aspects . When I get the two and go to add the third I get an error message. I believe your products have a huge potential and I would do a tutorial or write a guide to make it easier for others to follow. My best guess is that you are using raycast to create the projections.
@@mind_of_a_darkhorse Thank you very much I am very pleased:) To add a third beam, you need to select the curve and select as active the projection object that appeared as a result of the intersection of two other projections, then click “+ 3 beam”. Yes, creating a textbook would be very cool, but at the moment I periodically update products, add changes, and also record videos, create new products, I physically don’t have enough time for everything. Addon is broken. It imports 2 sets of markers, one set is correct, the other is scaled larger and oriented in a random direction. Cameras do not have background images. Using Blender 4.0.2

You guys make some amazing add-ons! Could you use a keyboard key display program and a Mouse Pointer Highlighter in your future instruction videos? I realize there is a language barrier to be overcome, and I believe these would help to understand the processes better in using them. Also, I would recommend a better AI Voice reader. The one you are currently using is rather substandard and is at times hard to understand.
I had problems with the microphone, so I did it by writing subtitles by hand, then translating them, and then dubbing them using programs. one day ago I bought a microphone, maybe now I will be able to use more convenient voice acting methods, I will try your method too) thank you :) it’s so nice everyone helps :)

Interesting. This looks like Shadowbox modeling in Zbrush. I think your method is better, because using a mesh is a lot more precise than drawing a mask; you're not limited by pixel resolution. With that said, although this is technically interesting I think those methods are not popular because... it's not straightforward nor fun, thinking of an object by doing booleans in your head is not for everyone ^^;
Please just use your own voice? AI-generated voices are unsettling to audiences. Or at least, hire somebody from the Blender community to read the translated script. They can find the errors pretty easily before reading it. Should only require one take. (VERY cool steampunk snail, btw 🎩)

Pleased with this addon so far, has to be the quickest way to block in the basic form for many different objects. I hope that in future Vovrzull will add the possibility to use more than three different angles for generating projection models.
