Soul - A combination of movement, mindset, spirituality, wellness and community sessions where you will experience a transition from stress and fear into a state of acceptance, self love, compassion and mindfulness.

an you make a exercise in an indoor pool you lean your back to edge and try large splashes kicks thats a pain exercise but cool
