I’ve read it! I remember the habits I developed during that time was 1. Prepare for my day tomorrow the night before (get my coffee grounds ready, outfit, homeschool stuff laid out, and any bags that needed to be packed). This helped my day start off GREAT and got rid of any “rush” so I could enjoy my mornings more while still getting going at a decent time. I still do this for days we are going out of the house. 2. Meal plan + school prep on Sundays. Then grocery shop on Tuesdays for the week. This set me up for success for my week ahead! The meal prep helped me align with my value for HEALTH. When you have a good plan, you’re less likely to make less-than choices for your body. Still do this. Keeps me from having to think about it more than once, helps me stay financially within budget, make wise choices…etc. 3. 🧘♀️ Movement. I aim for daily! When I became consistent I found no more need for constant chiropractors trips, helped stabilize my nervous system, and eliminated all my neck pain.
Try “Dauset Trails Nature Center.” They have hiking and also some wild animals they’ve rescued to observe. Hard Labor Creek! Not far + some good spots to splash around in. 😊
Yaaasssss! Someone gifted me a pair a couple years ago and I’ve worn them out! I’ve worn them YEARS ROUND! I’m hoping to find me a gown at Walmart! I haven’t been there to look yet.
