Nice bus , But like they need to upgrade the inside and the seats because it be too uncomfortable when I try to sleep and lay my head on the window. Finna mess around and get a knot on my head
I love this 2006 bluebird all american, yes it's not perfect but for the price I feel like it is awesome. It's just something that needs to be done on school buses because they can't stay on the road in Nice condition all year round after 18 years of use & no 18-year old used school bus will be square nor the factory new paint smell stick around forever.
@Bluebirdvision91 tik tok unfortunately got soft so I don't bother going on that app much anymore. It was a blast until the end of 2018. But I've seen worse when the app first came out.
So when you spec these, can you not have a governor on it and just have them be able to be drivable at the maximum speed which I think is 85 mph? Once you spec one at 70 miles an hour can you change it later or is it mechanical? my school district has IC BE Siri school buses, which is used for special education but here in California the maximum speed limit while students are on the bus is 55 mph. Also, can you still get a small school bus for special education transport?
We get ours next school year replacing all of our 2016 bus specs with next generation IC CE I can’t wait to make a vidoe about that also it kinda gives me Thomas c2 vibes cause of the door switch and i guess kinda BBV😂
It’s for children, who have no respect in any way for these buses, they will destroy literally anything and everything they can get their hands on so make it as bare bones as possible so there’s nothing to go wrong.
@@shaynewaite5329 I’m the transportation director and I’m from the south. I like a little flavor when ordering buses. Always trying new specs as long as they’re within state regs. Bringing features people didn’t know buses had to the south.
@@Bluebirdvision91 Ahhhhh. Gotcha. My districts older Bluebird all americans have Whelen warning lights oddly enough. Never was able to find a youtube video of them.
I noticed you have the Standard Push-Pull parking brake knob 💖🥳😉. Was that a change that you made? I was hoping they were not making that electronic Intelipark parking brake system standard. I rather have a knob that I can physically pull instead of it being electronically applied. I wish they kepted the other suspended brake pedal. I don’t like these ones. Now can you choose different mirrors? Or a regular T style shifter instead of the dial on the column?
@@jackschissler255 I made that change. I think you can still get the T handle. But it’s the same thing. Just a linkage that goes to another box that tells the tcm to change gears.
Very nice to see the air doors and not those goofy electric ones. Is IC no longer doing the 3 position door or is that just something you just didn't get on this one?
That's a very nice bus. Back when I rode the school bus we were lucky to have working heat. Most of them are stick shift and if I'm not mistaken they were internationals. Whatever a S1800 or similar was. I remember seeing that on the hood no air ride this was up north in Baltimore. No air conditioning no air brakes until the '80s
