Wow, was just looking for a simple link for peppers ghost effect, impressive! For anyone saying "this is easy, it's just peppers ghost effect" why don't you just re-create the video used above and post it here. I doubt this was just a simple video download which means they have spent a lot of time creating/editing it all together.
Not a hologram just an optical illusion a hologram is a laser projected imaging system suspending its self in our 3 Dimensional reality I already can project a real life vocaloid in my bedroom just buy a computer projector and play around with them it's better than the hologram pyramid. If you have a plain white wall that's all you need the image in the 3D Model needs a black screen hence green screen makes its own display for movies. With rendering a hologram into a computer projector make sure the hologram has a black screen behind it to make it look as if it were in 3D Space.
I actually have a concept where Im utilizing Peppers Ghost and trying to take my art collections to different levels. Love the work you did here, amazing!

You can do this with your smartphone and a piece of pyramid shaped plastic, this is just bigger with some unity engine animations, you could learn this to a 12 year old. (not trying to bash anyone).
Woah!! Absolutly brilliant !! Bravo. Imagine in 10 years, with a small robot moving inside and the computer can generate whetever "skin" you want in real time, combining with an IA ! Small Jarvis in real :-)
