This is not Arabic, this is National Azerbaijani Dance called Yalli, It was invented in the Soviet Azerbaijan I guess, or even in the start of Russian Empire.
U guys seem to have totally missed the point. I don't know where you're from, but I would be embarrassed in your place if you would be European. The self-centred reflection you make, typical for English speaking countries who are used to their own mainstream, is towards the things you know, in this case : a rave. And that's why you are totally ignorant to the fact that this music combines traditional folk, the flute, with EBM and a hardrock guitar, supporting a singer with a voice capability, not given to many people, to manipulate the sound she makes. The rhythm speedup is rather unique, as also the beat-drop, which is not a copy from the mainstream DJ's as so many do. Does this help in any way? (sorry I can't help with the language as I'm not Ukrainian)
