Looks quite a bit dry. How is that going to bind together good and hold up for as long as the other asphalt we usually see being put on the roads whereby it's kind of more runny or tar like
and this folks is one of many reasons that it takes so long to pave a road. and if junior thinks he is directing that truck backing while standing 4 feet off to the side he's as lost as he looks
Where is the traffic control, barrels a person who can move the barrels for asphalt delivery. Wow that's a no go in Canada. Stop work order, thousands of dollars in fines.
Nice not having to raise the body & look for trees, wires & bridges. hey were filling an empty hopper, It would work fine being pushed along as it unloaded.
That would happen all the time when I use to pave on the interstate.,., Going slow, flashers on, 20 or so trucks lined up on the opposite side of the cones.. You pull in & there would be a 4 wheeler right behind you. I would hit the brakes hard & slam reverse as fast as I could just to scare the shit out them. LOL
