Thanks for the idea. I am planning on joining a boxing gym soon, and i am more worried about doing stuff like this than getting punched in the face haha. Late 40's, the body is a bit stiff, so i am going to work out as much as i can for a few months before i commit to training boxing. Don't want to get embarrassed just doing the warm ups :)

Homies... After years,, of push ups... I got this thing called "Frozen shoulder" For one,,, my age and bone structure. Second but really important... I didn't warm up with stretches,, and I didn't do any cool down stretches.... Also you maybe stretching out your arms to wide when doing your pushups.. Despensa,,, just threw in my 2 cents .. Puro respecto!!!
I usually do a combo 1 burpee, lift knees, 1 navy seal and 3 squats that is 1, I do 5 of those combos in 1 minute period and then rest for 1 minute and again until I complete 50
