Yes we're excited about the capabilities too, and it's a piece of technology which is evolving quicker, who know's what will be possible by this time this year! Absolutely love this perspective - when we say meet the learner where they are, this is what is meant. We, however, have a bias to mean "meet the learner where we want them to be" instead of truly personalizing the learning experience. Instead of everyone needs to think the same, react the same, produce the same, we should be saying what can this person do that another can't? It is sort of an extension of Marcus Buckingham's strengths model...
