Love how easily it takes content and makes it available to other languages! I am exploring the concept of how much do we learn when we "search" to find relevant materials and draw conclusions - but of course also realize that companies want people to be able to do the task that is needed or learn the skill that is needed...

Yes we're excited about the capabilities too, and it's a piece of technology which is evolving quicker, who know's what will be possible by this time this year! The key thing is to focus on the end user and how the platform can help them operate at their maximum potential, may that be up-skilling, team collaboration, or access to knowledge. Absolutely love this perspective - when we say meet the learner where they are, this is what is meant. We, however, have a bias to mean "meet the learner where we want them to be" instead of truly personalizing the learning experience. Instead of everyone needs to think the same, react the same, produce the same, we should be saying what can this person do that another can't? It is sort of an extension of Marcus Buckingham's strengths model...

What dimensions do course thumbnails need to be? I’ve probably tried 20 different compositions and sizes and they all upload so pixelated. Please help or provide guidance in your FAQS

I love how you used data to present the game changing effect when companies shift from push learning to pull learning. It's shocking that the data shows a 300% improvement in acceleration of learning skills and job performance. Finally, there's evidence to support the impact of investing in employee's growth and development.
