I'm a old timer hand draftsman (almost retired) that became a Carpenter that became an Architect... to this day it drives me crazy to zoom in to what should be a clean intersection of two lines forming a corner only to find the lines not meeting or overlapping. Ever hear of the FILLET command? It's infuriating to try to snap accurate dimensions off a drawing to get some bizarre 127/256" fractional length when it should be an even 1/2"... those little drawing errors have consequences. Keep it clean.
Bună! Am întâmpinato problemă, lucrez de pe windows si nu pot găsi butonul care să-mi schimbe de la modeling la drafting. Inițial aveam toate uneltele. Cum aș putea să văd uneltele de desen 2D? Multumesc!
Jesus H. Christ, I tried to do this and got taken to a page where I can spend thousands of dollars per year to buy a Fusion pro license. I'm just a hobbyist, I don't receive any money for anything I do. Seems like I was able to do this a year ago, what am I missing?

Salut! Folosesc Fusion pentru a proiecta piese 3d pt imprimanta (la nivel de hobby) si a venit momentul sa imi construiesc fizic o casa. Am lucrat la proiectul casei 2 zile sa fac ce ai facut tu in 30 minute :) Felicitari pentru tot. Ai cateva recomandari/clipuri pe mai departe cum sa continui modelarea casei? Ma refer la mobilier, poate chiar design, randari, etc? Eu am invatat ad-hoc dar bag seama ca imi lipseau cateva cunostinte despre anumite tool-uri care m-ar fi ajutat mult. Ma intereseaza si la nivel de organizare cum pot pastra o ordine astfel incat fiecare camera sa fie ulterior un proiect separat. Orice sfat mi-ar fi de ajutor. Multumesc !
this video is a waste of time. you know 99% of people won't have a paid subscription and won't have the prismatic option yet that's the one you use. the faceted creates triangles that need to be fixed. you don't bother to show that
I can't for the life of me figure out the triangle step on macOS. I've tried using the "3D Sketch" option as others have suggested and that does allow me to select the center point of the edges when creating the triangle but after completing the triangle shape I'm left with black lines that I can't extrude. Any tips? Thanks!
Okay, so I figured out how to do this without using the "3D Sketch" option. Create a new sketch, select the plane as in the video, hit the "p" key on your keyboard, select the vertical face, select okay from the option modal, and do the same thing again with the horizontal plane. This should leave you with points to select. Now, use the line tool and click on the points from the previous step. This should leave you with a blue triangle which you can then extrude.
