Nice art! Some tips for the Tord sprite: His eyes on his idle should be a bit smaller. His expression feels more like Tom than classic Tord, maybe try a mix between Tom and Edd?
Thats not an clone, if you know that in the end Part 2 and 1, has an 🩹 (i forgor how its named so i put an emoji) and the style looks like 2016 or something, so this can be real, but its just an theory.
The scar on his cheek doesn’t seem like he’s a clone because he had a patch in the end part 1 and 2 and we where all wondering why he has it and the video shows us (I don’t know it’s just my opinion lol)
