This is not fit for the purpose to live in. Would you CEO live in this????? Additional money required to fit out bathroom and kitchens. They are all placed near to each other, with no room for privacy or a garden. Im sure the homeless would rather sleep outside, its far too hot Please go back to the drawing board and redesign them to have a minimum of 3 units, each to include bedroom x2 kitchen, dining area lounge and bathroom. Place units with a covered patio area and surrounding plants. Total costs $100 000 bd Sure this would stimulate some interest.......
