Hope you win the award, dont know who else is competing but I've been subbed to the main channel for 10 years, I remember being 18 and watch you videos from the other side of the world hoping one day, I can try make my own. So is not just the business, or the memes onnce a year, your brand means much more and it deserve and extra recognizement. Good luck 🎉🎉🎉
You forgot to mention that the making is therapeutic like baking, the maturing is like gardening, you learn bits about science, farming, animal welfare and the environment. Then you get to have a big cheese board with your friends. Everyone should be doing it!
I wish you were still doing classes. We will be visiting the Melbourne area again from the 28th of September to the 4th of October. We will probably visit Long Paddock, but they don't have a class during that time.
Thank you for this great candle tutorial 🧡 and thank you for the VEGAN CHEESE box display in the background 💛 To a more compassionate, greener, healthier planet for all beings 💚🙌
Hi. I started to make my own tea lights be cause Parafin and Stearin is not really good for your health they say and The candles started to become expensive. Mine are made of Coconut blend wax and I do not add any scents or color to them. I love making them, just for my use, be cause, they are a little bit pricy and would be even more price if I started to sell them. Not even I would pay that much for tea lights.Just my opinion. But, some are willing to I know. Have a blessed candle making day.
The scale on the candy thermometer are too imprecise for making dairy products. A dairy thermometer is better and more accurate; www.littlegreenworkshops.com.au/product/dairy-thermometer-small/
Wow, i didn't even know about this channel! Been loving the cheese channel for years. I make soap also, so this is very fun to watch. You two really make great videos!
As a consumer not a soap maker - how can I cut my bars into smaller pieces? I have recently purchased 3 scents and would like to cut each in half to not have a big chunk setting in a damp shower and so I can switch up scents sooner. What can I use around the house to cut my bars without making a mess of them?
You can use a sharp kitchen knife. As the soap is cured you don't have to worry about using it again on food as long as you thoroughly clean the knife after use.
After scouring the internet for every Haloumi recipe, I finally stumbled across your video. I followed this recipe exactly! It couldn’t have created a more perfect product. Thanks for your clarity!
I have tried this recipe, but I am having trouble achieving the texture you show in the video. My mozzarella turns out almost transparent, pale yellow, and very sticky after microwaving. Once cooled, it is more hard than soft and creamy. What am I doing wrong? I am using raw cow's milk and following your recipe except did not have lipase. Thanks in advance!
No need to add the paper. It was removed too early...should have waited another day. You should not have trouble removing it from silicone. Also don't spray alcohol in the mold.
But the question was not answered, why is clingfilm a better option than the most popular option of freezer paper or the second most popular option of bin liners?
I don't know why mine wont go straight. Its like the loaf moves and my cuts are thinner at the bottom. I wish you would do a tutorial with someone who has never cut soap or has problems with it so you could trouble shoot what they're doing wrong. PLEEEZE?!?
Ive used those boxes to cut soap before. If the slot is not the same width as your knife it will cut crooked. This is the way I do it. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-yGjuGoqK81c.html
