Where you put Alpha Corps would look like "Slab City" (for the commoners) or the "Infernus Corridor" (for the Intelligensia types), so a sub-district. The Omega Corps could be derisively called "Little Giza." 1) Because of the obvious pyramid connection, 2) because Corpos keep wanting to be remembered for all time without realizing their "next quarterly earnings" brain is too shortsighted and they'll be remembered in infamy.
i imagine Alpha as some kind of super insular community that doesn't trust outsiders or the hyper-capitalism of downtown. Omega is largely the same but they definitely see themselves as superior and are probably keeping surveillance over the whole city, so they can work their magic from the dark corners.. :)
I love all the different visions people are creating for a cyberpunk landscape. I love how this one feels like a small couple of groups of ultra rich have a firm grip on the whole economy of the city

Some upscale noodle place with a helipad right outside. Some clubs. Some giant Apple tech company equivalent. A Going Out of Business sale sign for a 2nd hand tech parts business that's always going out but never actually does. A classy jazz bar.

I was wondering when someone would go ham on the ads like true cyberpunk is supposed to be. Your city reminds me of the first time I visited Hong Kong in 1992. Bravo.
