Can you help me? I deleted this application by mistake, and when I reinstalled it, it no longer works. The button to search for radio stations does not work.
What do you mean where? It is either inside the glove box (ami cable is needed) or under the armrest. A4 B8 facelift (2012-2015) should have it from factory, not sure about 2008-2011 model.
Also how are the EQ settings on this? Also does it have a DSP built into this radio? can you put this radio in MPH? LASTLY after having this radio for a while does it feel slow to use?
The radio runs Android system. But it is compatible with iPhone for apple carplay. Just connect the iPhone to the radio through USB cable or Bluetooth/Wi-Fi to use apple carplay.
The radio system goes to sleep mode after it does not receive response for a while from display screen while installation. Just power off the car and lock the door, wait for 10 minutes and start the car again.
I'm having a problem with the installation of the external speakers for chimes, indicators etc. It has two rods to go into a plug, but it doesn't fit into any of the outlets anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated
If you have this same car and you don’t want to cut and modify the dash piece where the volume button is you can simply buy a used dash piece from a mini that does not need to be trimmed, they’re interchangeable . I got one from eBay and the part number is 51169206836. Just move all the parts from the old trim to the new one . The finish is definitely much better and oem looking
Hella haters but this worked for me, waiting on my CIC screen to arrive, but was trying to figure out how to activate aux with the already retrofitted CIC head unit. Thanks!
At 12:00, what did he do to get the screen to turn on. I understand that some screens are not compatible or if your using a different screen than what came from the factory, coding maybe needed. But what did he do.
Turn off the car and lock the door, wait 10 minutes. Then start the car again. Because the radio turns off automatically once it does not detect the LVDS signal more than 30 seconds. You need to restart the car to turn on the radio system again.
@@carnaviplayer Better than 3-6 months from hong kong. I saw that this now supports MPH, does it need the OBDII port? What version of Android does it use? Thanks!
You have to switch wires around. Happened to me but I was able to play around with it and it worked. Issue I have is my usb music, Bluetooth doesn’t work right now. Assumed wires have to be pulled from factory harness
Are other OEM reverse cameras compartable with this android head unit? I recently purchased your unit without the reverse camera and bought a OEM boot reverse camera. after installing everything the reverse camera does not work. There is power reaching it and we followed the installation instructions to the T but nothing.
It is compatible with the original camera which is installed by factory or aftermarket backup camera. If the OEM camera is not installed by factory, then you have to code the head unit.
Totally works. Just did this to my Pumpkin head unit. My password was "126" according to the manual. All my default settings were below zero (!). Now I don't have to buy an amp for my door speakers. "Don't" being the key word. Instant gratification. I don't know why this setting is so far hidden.
Yes. we ship to India. We did not make the video how to install reverse camera, but you can search "F30 camera installation" on youtube, there are a lot of videos show you how to run the camera cable.
@@cerberus_uwu Why pity? USA is the only country that uses MPH as far as i know. Everywhere else in the world is KMH , including China (which produces 99% of these aftermarket android autos)
The apple carplay is optional. Yes, it works with 2010 Mini cooper. More information please visit this website: www.carnaviplayer.com/mini-cooper-2006-2013-navigation-head-unit-p-1148
